She was predeceased by: her father Ross F. Carter; her brother Tony Carter; and her nephew Richie M. Frazee. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Frazee (Richard) of Howard; her nieces, Beth Morrow of Grove City and Mauricha Marcussen of New Albany; and her nephew Ross Carter (Emily) of Fredericktown. She is also survived by several great-nephews and cousins.
