She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mapes and Martha Mapes (Lybarger); her husband Willis Lockard; her daughter Shelly Hager; and her sister Dorothy Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Myers, Vicky Rittenhouse (Alvin) and Dianna Madison (Bryan); and her siblings, Richard Mapes and Carol Grogg. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
