He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Bank and Annette M. Bank (Madro); and his brother Raymond Bank Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donetta Bank (Lewis); his daughter Tabetha Willey of Heath, OH; his grandchildren, James Willey and Payson Willey of Heath, OH; and his brothers, Jeff Bank (JoAnn) of Littleton, CO, Bruce Bank (Debra) of Union, KY and Steven Bank of Urbana, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
