He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Cline and Edith Cline (Jackson); his wife Charlotte "Chotsie"; and his siblings, Polly Burson, Jakie, Robert and Harold Cline.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Flack (Chad) of Mount Vernon, Rodney Cline (Carma) of Mount Vernon and Ricky Cline (Edie) of Mount Vernon; and his grandchildren, Nate, Tony, Tiffy, Tristin and Jessie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
