It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Faye Stuller of Mount Vernon, Ohio, born in Winfield, West Virginia, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Shelton and Mary Jean Sovine (Hodges); her children, Shane Vernon of Lexington, William Vernon (Emily) of East Jordan and Eppie Mills (Jon) of Lake Tapps; her grandchildren, Cameron (Rachel), Allana, Hunter, Graham Mills, Eli, Noah, Isaiah Vernon, Sera and Tyne Vernon; her great grandchildren, Roland Mills and Maizie Mills; her siblings, Sam Sovine, Dan Sovine, Connie Tuggle, Karen Johnson, Bonnie Normant and Pamela Young; her close friends, Sue Richards, Cherie Garverick and Ralph Betty Linkous; her husband Ralph Stuller; and her brothers, James Dwight and Edward Leon Sovine. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rita's name may be made to Faith Baptist Church or Interchurch of Knox County.
