He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Fowler and Sharyn L. Fowler (Shotts). He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Fowler of Mount Vernon; his granddaughter Wrenley Fowler; and his significant other Amber Fowler of Mount Vernon.
