It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Hammond of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hammond and Julianne Hammond (Gould); his former wife Debbie Hammond; and his grandsons, Gage and Colin Quinlivan.
He is survived by: his wife Jona Hammond (Lore); his children, Shawn Hammond (Kimberly) of Mount Vernon, OH, Amy Quinlivan (James) of Gambier, OH, Curt Burson of Mount Vernon, OH, Craig Burson (Mandy) of Sunbury, OH, Nicole Grubaugh of Mount Vernon, OH and Troy Grubaugh (DaLonne) of Altus, OK; his brother David Hammond (Sandra) of Columbus, OH; and his nieces, Julie, June and Joy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
