He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Pixie" McCoy (Peterson); his daughter Ronda "Ronni" Vernon (David McDaniel); his grandchildren, Christopher Vernon, Constantine Vernon, Olivia McDaniel, David Bowen, Memphis McDaniel and Alexia McDaniel; his brothers, Wayne McCoy, Eugene McCoy (Sylvia) and Roger McCoy; his siblings-in-law, Art Peterson (Dolores "Beanie"), Edward Blas (Mary) and Fay McCoy; his sisters, Georgie Chandler (LeRoy), Sue McCoy and Lois McCoy; his sons-in-law, Johnny Flood and Jeremiah Vernon; his nieces and nephews, Deb Canter (Ben), Becky Thomas, Avie Thomas, Reece Hammons, Allen Peterson (Paula), Rand Thomas, Dave Sewell (Jen) and Daniel Sewell (Rasheen Sanders); his great-niece Finleigh Thomas; his close friend James Phillips (Christy); and his pets, Molly and Smartie. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
