He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hall and Wauneta Mae Hall (Williams); his wife LaDonna Hall; his brothers, Gary and Brent Hall; and his daughter Mary Hall (Beth).

He is survived by: his children, David Hall (Maureen) and Kathy Miller (Ralph); his grandsons, Brock Miller (Devin) and Russell Miller (Angelique); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hall and Jean Hall. He is also survived by three great grand daughters, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
