Welker of Mount Vernon, Ohio, born in Centerburg, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fling and Opal Fling (Walker); her children, Teresa Blubaugh and Robert Welker; and her brothers, Kenny Fling, Dick Fling and Roger Fling.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Welker; her children, Connie Bywaters of Mount Vernon, Jacki Bolton (Sonny) of Mount Vernon and David Welker (Nicole) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Shane, Anthony, Chris, Matt, Richie, Sandy, Kim, Brooke, Todd, Zerilda, Duane, Wayne and Cyrus; and her sisters, Jeanette Updike of Centerburg, Maxine Neighbarger (Clyde) of Homer, Phyllis Sipes of Centerburg and Linda Houck (Gordon) of Centerburg. She is also survived by twenty five great grandchildren.
