In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sara leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Porter and Dorothy Porter (Downs); and her sister Lorle Porter. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Mann; her daughters, Deborah Larrison (Paul) of Howard, Patricia Kenney (Douglas) of Sarasota, FL and Theresa Randall (Scott) of Fredericktown; and her brother Robert Porter (Becky) of Millersburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great great granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (303 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
