The passing of Shelley S. Payne of Mount Vernon, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 25, 2025 at the age of 52. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Shelley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shelley farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She is survived by: her parents, Richard Rutter and Sandra Jo Rutter (Kenney); her husband Bryan Payne; her children, Megan Payne and Ethan Payne; her sister Kerry Stein (David); and her nieces, Gwen and Elin Stein.
