With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley LaVada Tarver (Mount Vernon, Ohio), who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sanford Lancaster and Hulda LaVada Lancaster (Mercer); her brother Ray Lancaster; her caregiver Emily; and also Shirley.
She is survived by: her husband Don "Chuck" Tarver; her children, Heidi Dillon, Beth Buxton, Steve Tarver and Johnine Fielder (Timothy); her grandchildren, Heather Richard (Andrew), Andrew Haynes (Hayley), Alex Blosser (Brandy), Ashlee Beougher (Nick), Madi Erickson, Billy Buxton, Adalyn Tarver, Abree, Allee Tarver, Analee Tarver, Austyn Tarver, Michaela Brown (Anthony) and Maggie Clendenning; her great grandchildren, Alexas, Scott, Christopher, Dillon, Lydia, Kylar, Emersyn, Alice of Blaire, R. J., Dallas and Mavery; and her pet Annabelle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
