He is survived by: his wife Judy Lynn Wheeler; his children, Jason Wheeler and Casey Wheeler (Ali); his grandchildren, Brittany Wheeler, Allison Wheeler, Katy Wheeler, Brooklynn Wheeler, Jaxon Wheeler, Ryan Wheeler and Lane Wheeler; his sister Kelly Burris (Jason); and his sister-in-law Sandra Wheeler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brucker & Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bennington Chapel Cemetery (5924 Bennington Chapel Rd, Johnstown, OH 43031).
