He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fowler and Blanche Fowler (Freeman); his granddaughter Autumn Jackson; and his siblings, Audrey Hall and Butch Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Eva Clendenen (Jeremy), Shirlena Jackson, Desiree Blackwell (Clark), Chelsa Crabtree (Jeff), Clint Fowler and Chris Fowler; his close friend Carol Fullen; and his sisters, Wanda Odem and Irene Carroll. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
