He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Carroll and Violet Carroll (Fink); and his brother William Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dee" Carroll; his daughters, Deborah Werner (Dennis) and Wendy Underwood (Wes); his stepsons, John Palmer (Tracey) and Darrell Palmer (Kathy); his friends, Peg, Russ Gartner, Donna Spinks and Bill Lawhon; and his grandchildren, Angelo, Nancy, Melissa and Dee. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Tom's name may be made to St. John the Baptist Parish, 303 East Hight St. Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, of which Tom was a member. Keep Thomas's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
