He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Elliott and Opal Elliott; his in-laws, Anthony and Aquilina DeVictor; his brother Ed Elliott (Ed's); his sister-in-law Doris Elliott; his sister Jo Ann Elliott Schaefer; Carl J. Schaefer.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Elliott (DeVictor); his daughter Tamara Elliott Kaye (Bill); his granddaughter Julie Kaye Dehne; his sister Suzanne Elliott Linebrink; Kail Linebrink. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
