He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Belcher and Mary Jo Belcher (Dignam); his sons, Ryan Belcher of Mount Vernon and Darin Belcher (Aleena Mitchell) of Mount Vernon; his granddaughter Bentlee Belcher; his siblings, Sean Belcher of Porterville, Chris Belcher (Michelle) of Mount Vernon, Clayton Dignam (Roxanne) of Porterville, Kelly Lowe of Porterville, Samantha Belcher of Marion and Melinda Russell of Marion; his sister-in-law Peggy Belcher; the mother of his children Penny Warner; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
