He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Looker and Elizabeth Looker (Hopkins); and his sisters, Vera Hunter and Abbie Combs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Looker (Rinard); his brothers, Benjamin Looker and Wesley Looker; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Rinard (Connie) and Cheryl Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
