He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Clarence and Marjorie Shambaugh (Giffen); his daughters, Sharon Tuggle (Roy Jr.) of Mount Vernon and Cheryl Splain (Larry) of Mount Vernon; his grandsons, Zacharias Tuggle of Galion and Thaddaeus Tuggle (Gabrielle) of Crown City; his great grandchild Elora Tuggle; his sisters, Margaret "Peg" Coleman of St. Clairsville and Beatrice "Bea" Blazek of St. Charles, MO; his wife Wanda Irene Shambaugh (Carver); and his sister Lois Pickering (Shambaugh). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
