He is survived by : his wife Beverly Conrad; his brother Charles Conrad of Lorain Ohio; his children, Lisa Underwood (Ernie) of Columbus, Gretchen Conrad of Jefferson Township, Erich Conrad of London England and Melissa Elswick of Loudonville; his grandsons, William, Collin Ruth, Christopher, Matthew Underwood (Catherine) and Ian Elswick; and his great grandchildren, Landon Sandrovich and Nicholas Underwood. He is also survived by close friends, family members.
