She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ruhl and Lawrence Ruhl; her husband Charles Ramsey; and her son Tracy. She is survived by: her son Tom Ramsey (Luciana) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Ramsey of Columbus and Spencer Ramsey of New York City; her sister Margaret Pine (Ruhl); and her daughters, Cheryl Pine and Amy Barthels of O'Fallon, Missouri..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home (225 W Taylor St, Mt Victory, OH 43340). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Joyce Ramsey Memorial Fund, honoring husband Charles and son Tracy, supporting the OSU James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
