He is survived by: his significant other Jen; his pets, Millie, Charlie and Frankie; his parents, Phillip Lewis and Janet Lahr Lewis; his stepmother Carole Lewis; and his siblings, Tegan Lewis and Adam Lewis.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home- Akron Chapel (1990 S Main St, Akron, OH 44301).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to City Dogs Cleveland, an organization close to Evan's heart.
