She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Osborne and Nancy Osborne (Kennedy); her son Adam Heideman; and her brother Kelly Osborne. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Blake (Logan); her grandchildren, Carter, Emerson and Abigail; and her siblings, Douglas Osborne Jr. (Janis), Patricia Kensinger (Mike) and Susan Osborne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
