He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Underwood (Sines); his parents, Michael Underwood and Agnes Underwood; and his brother Ken Underwood (Maxine). He is survived by: his sons, Mike Underwood (Shawn), Bill Underwood (Kim) and John Underwood (Stephanie); his brother Jack Underwood (Rita); and his grandchildren, Ozzy, Rick (Esmeralda), Austin (Peyton), Jacob (Brianna), Bryn and Reagan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
