She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeronimo Fernandez and Cecilia Fernandez (Pineda); and her siblings, Amando Fernandez, Mauro Fernandez and Gloria Gomez.

She is survived by: her children, Nora Liliana Espinoza, Veronica Drown (Jeff), Patricia Zuniga Mitcham (Arvon) and Reynaldo Zuniga (Stefany); her grandchildren, Rheya Drown, Juan Drown, Sergio Espinoza and Isluceli Espinoza; her siblings, Amalia Santos, Balbina Saenz, Rosa Maria Fernandez, Lilia Irma Fernandez, Flor Estela Fernandez and Joaquin Fernandez; and her sister-in-law Micaela Zuniga. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
