He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Nagel and Martha Nagel (Sonnenberg); his nephews, Christopher, Adam and K. C.; and his brother-in-law Jerry Poper.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Poper; and his nephews, Dustin Poper (Jessica) and Jeremy Poper (Michelle). He is also survived by four great nieces.
