He was predeceased by: his parents, Gershal Andrew and Alberta Andrew (Frederick); his son Kenneth; his siblings, Ruth Parcher (Melvin), Jon Andrew, Richard Andrew, Nancy Vela (Greg), Thomas Andrew (Ruth), Mary Krogman and Randall Andrew; and his brother-in-law Marvin Clair.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Bussing; his daughters, Karen McCarthy (Michael), Sheryl Rathge (Jeffrey) and Karla Oberhaus (Chad); his grandchildren, Jared Hull (Deanna), Stacie Zachrich (John), Justin Westhoven, Haley Cordes (Joe), Regan Rathge (Bri), Nathan Dickmann (Bailey), Quinton Oberhaus (Elissa) and Kurtis Hay; his siblings, Grace Clair, Kay Mann (Dayl), Doris Hutchinson (Robert), William Andrew and David Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Eva Andrew, Sharon Andrew, Sheryl Andrew-Dobbelaere and Terry Krogman. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
