The passing of Graham Pohlman (Napoleon, Ohio) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 12, 2025 at the age of 1. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparent Nana Karen Pohlman (Myers); and his brother Finn. He is survived by: his parents, Konnor Pohlman and Anna Pohlman (Brown); his brother Jonah; his grandparents, Joel, Becky Brown (Stiles) and Ken Pohlman; his aunts and uncles, Jason Brown, Mary O'Sullivan, Kaleb, Nicole Pohlman (Greene), Kam Pohlman and Brittany Bostelman; and his cousins, Theo, Murphy and Faera.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Emporium (130 E Clinton St, Napoleon, OH 43545).
Donations in Graham's memory are encouraged to be made to either Nationwide Children's Hospital of Columbus, or Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbus.
