She was predeceased by: her parents, Kerry Welch and Nancy Welch (Radabaugh); her husband Chris; and her son Jonathan Smart. She is survived by: her children, Jordan Smart (Makenna), Mya Shiffler (Michael), Autumn Finn (Jordan) and Brooke Gonzales; her grandchildren, Lilith Smart, Adelaide, Eden, Ryatt Finn, Novah and Rowyn Shiffler; her brother Aaron Nelson-Welch (Austin); and her close friend Tracy Langwell.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rodenberger Funeral Home - Napoleon (1010 Westmoreland Ave, Napoleon, OH 43545). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
