It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Sue Smith of Napoleon, Ohio, born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, James Duncan (Charity), Virginia Ruby (Dean), Jesse Duncan and Stacy Duncan (Brittney); her grandchildren, Derek Williams (Kortney), Eric Williams (Kailie), Christopher Ripke, Kylie Ziegler (Adam), James Williams (Katie), Destiny Duncan, Timmy Smith, Caleb Duncan, Rosella Duncan, Hennessey Duncan and Arieal Duncan; her great grandchildren, Claire, Grayson, Elleigh, Noah, Justice, Jade, Oliver, Bindi, Mason, Malachi, Ezekiel and Layton; and her siblings, Connie Butler, Carol Purdy (Bob), Adrian Butler (Sheri) and Gloria Small (Steven).
