She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Cavanaugh and Betty J. Durant Cavanaugh; her husband Thomas E. Dew; and her niece Christina Cavanaugh. She is survived by: her children, Amy Bjornstad (Paul Schnell) and Curtiss Dew (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Bryson Bjornstad, Valerie Bjornstad and Melanie Bjornstad; her stepgrandchildren, Soren Genot, Chase Genot and Aryelle Genot; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Laine Crawford and Alexander Crawford; her siblings, Patrick Cavanaugh (Beate) and Cora Irene "Correne" Wade (James); and her siblings' children, Matthew Cavanaugh (Devon), James Wade (Emma) and Emily Wade (Jamie Rinaldi).
