Gary left this world on October 8, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Erow; his son Gary Lynn Erow; his sister Shirley Parker; his mother Hellen Mizer (Temple); his stepfather Calvin Mizer; and his brothers, Bob Erow and David Allen Erow.
He is survived by: his father Dick Erow (Nellie); his son Richard Erow; and his siblings, Mike Erow, Jeff Erow (Marianne), Terry Vaughan, Judy Stallings, Jackie Stewart (Bill), Joy Barcroft (Bill) and Jeanie Saunders (David). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hopewell Cemetery (20220 Hopewell Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
