She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Chapman; her daughter Kayla Dixon (Michael); her sister Karen McGovern (Tim); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Bunch, Kay Sampson (Tony) and Diane Chapman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
