He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Artie Van Allen (Gainer). He is survived by: his wife Mary Van Allen (Durant); his children, Tamara Van Allen and Larry Lee Van Allen (Bobbie Jo); his grandchildren, Cody (Macy), Abigail (Aaron), Nathan and Austin; his great grandchild Beau; his brother Gary Van Allen (Barbara) of Florida; and his pets, Oliver and Clyde. He is also survived by four nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and friends.
