With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas A. Wilson of Nashport, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Wilson and Marcia Wilson (Chalfant); his former wife Lois M. Wilson (Luttenberger); his wife Charlene Wilson (Hawkins); his daughter Angela Ferrell; and his brother William Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Wilson (Mary), Cynthia Wilson-Rhodes (Floyd), Thomas "Butch" Wilson, Jr. (Kris) and Timothy Wilson; his grandchildren, Stephenie Wilson, Celeste Wilson-Moles (Scott), Heath Girton (Adina), Joshua Girton, Joseph Wilson, Julia Wilson, Lucas Wilson, Ryan Wilson and Tyler Wilson; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Natalie, Colette, Jaden, Kayden, Izzy, Alaina, Oakley and Kordell; and his great great grandchildren, Kai, Grayson and Skye.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Combs & Nestor Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701).
