With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emory Robert Vaughn of Navarre, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, S. D. Vaughn and Susie Webb Vaughn; his wife Maxie Lawson Horton Vaughn; and his siblings, Gladys, Ophelia, Glendye, Guida, Dessie, Delmar, Marshall, Coy, Ray, John, Ann and Barbara Jean.
He is survived by: his daughter Martha Vaughn; his brother Dean Vaughn; his sisters-in-law, Virginia Vaughn, Mavis Vaughn, Edna Mae Vaughn, Juanita Vaughn, Zula Coleman and Ina Horton; his nieces, Brenda Matthews, Rita Anderegg and Trish Hash; his nephew Bruce Vaughn; and his close friends, Jerry Willis and Roy Greenshield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Coulson Church or to the Pickett Cemetery Fund.
