He was predeceased by : his parents, Stewart Jones and Nova Jones; and his siblings, Johnnie Jones and Bonnie. He is survived by : his wife Delores Jean Jones; his children, Nancy Colgan (Steve) and Randy Jones (Heidi); his grandsons, Wyatt and Ethan Jones; and his close friends, Shelly and Janice.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (4736 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
