She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian J. Woods (Loudiana) and Ernest L. Stewart; her siblings, Susan Stotzer and Ernest "Jim" Stewart; her stepfather Donald Woods; and her brother-in-law Steve Girt.

She is survived by: her children, Meghan Vetrone (Scott) of Navarre and Christopher Savage (Kelly) of Bluffton, SC; her sister Susette Girt; her sister-in-law Peggy Stewart; and her grandchildren, Adyson Vetrone, Khloe Savage, Jaxson Vetrone and Casen Savage. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
