He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Nelligan and Claire Nelligan (Trinkle); his sister Patricia Thiessen; and his son-in-law Kevin Frank. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Nelligan; his children, Christine Frank (Troy Sacco), Andrea Haines (Jason), Michelle Whitmer (Joseph) and Michael Nelligan (Heather); and his brother Joseph Nelligan (Cheryl).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Clement Catholic Church (216 Wooster St NW, Navarre, OH 44662).
