With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Jo Huston of Negley, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2026 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Pethtel, Sr. and Joyce Pethtel (Gorby); her husband Jim Huston; her grandson Colton Huston; her father-in-law James Huston; and her pet Case.
She is survived by: her children, Josalyn Crookston (Shaun) of Negley, Jake Huston (Kennedy) of Negley and Rylie Huston of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Paetyn, Zoey, Addison, Braelyn, Jameson and Beau; her siblings, David Pethtel (Denise) of Negley, John Pethtel (Nancy) of Negley, Barb Pethel (Carl) of Salem and Carol McCowin (Jim) of Salem; her sisters-in-law, Danna Frazier (Kevin), Lorie McCoy (Dave) and Lynn Mays (David); and her mother-in-law Kay Huston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bobbie Jo's name to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
