With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robin L. Hughes of Negley, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her son Charles E. Hughes III; her father Thornton "Hez" Harn III; and her brother-in-law Douglas Haggerty. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Boyles Harn; her daughter Ashley Hughes (John Foster) of East Palestine; her granddaughters, Ila, Ember and Avery; and her siblings, Gregory Harn (Angela), Craig Harn (Terri), Peggy Haggerty, Brenda Moore (Jeffrey) and Patsy Weaver (Bradley). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
