He was predeceased by: his parents, Donato E. Dâ and Bonnie R. Thompson Dâ (Andrea); his parents-in-law, Virgil and Nina McKnight; and his brothers-in-law, David Eric McKnight and Jack Harvey Houchard.
He is survived by: his wife Gina McKnight Dâ; his son Tony David (Ashley); his siblings, Christopher Dâ (Debra), Andrea, Daniel Dâ (Anne), Marco Dâ (Melissa), Angela Raye (Barney) and JoAnn Reese (John); and his close friend Walt Goddard. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
