He was predeceased by: his father Richard Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rita Johnson; his mother Cindy Johnson; his children, Kyle Johnson (Destiny), Jordan Nicholson, Merishika Bays (Shane), Ethan Nicholson (Kaitlynn) and Riley Cook; his siblings, Ann Marie Clayton (Scott) of Bellefontaine, Tessie Lyons (Andrew) of Circleville and David Johnson (Jackie) of Amesville; and his grandchildren, Paislee, Landon and Addalynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Souers Cardaras Funeral Home (46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, OH 45764). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (15550 Twp-36, Nelsonville, OH 45764).
