Rita Lynn Baughman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 72, Rita Lynn Baughman of Nelsonville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Carter and Roberta Carter (Taylor). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Baughman; her children, Robert Baughman (Patricia), Rebecca Bunting (Jared) and Randy Baughman (Sierra Paige); her grandchildren, Ross Baughman, Camden Bunting and Carter Bunting; and her brothers, Donald E. Carter (Kimberly), Gary M. Carter (Barbara) and Roger D. Carter (Lisa).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cardaras Funeral Home - Neslonville (46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, OH 45764). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home (46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, OH 45764). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (15550 Twp-36, Nelsonville, OH 45764).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Rita to the Nelsonville Food Cupboard, 1950 Mt. St. Marys Dr., Nelsonville, Ohio 45764.
