He was predeceased by: his father Charles Wesley; and his siblings, Oleta Polley, Roy Howell, Doris Mackey, Warner Howell, Beatrice Vergne, Alice Howell, Harry Howell, Bernard Howell, Betty Barrett and Fern Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Stamm Howell; and his sons, Stanlee B. of Bucyrus, Aaron K. (Sharon) of Bucyrus, Harold R. (Melanie) of Bucyrus and Wesley C. Howell of Bucyrus. He is also survived by five grandsons, two granddaughters, two great grandsons, six great granddaughters, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to Wayside Chapel, 2341 Kerstetter Rd., Bucyrus, Ohio or to Avita Hospice.
