She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wells and Mildred Wells (Young); her stepfather Oscar O'Brien; her sisters, Shelby Wells, Rosie Heffelfinger and Peg Moll; and her nephew Brad Moll.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Lantz; her children, Scott Lantz of Nevada and Audra Riedlinger (Gary) of Nevada; and her grandchildren, Steven Lantz (Kim) of Port Orchard, Sarah Lantz of Nevada and Lance Riedlinger (Abby Haner) of Kenton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Upper Sandusky EMS or the Oncology Department of Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
