He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wheeler and Katie Wheeler (Inbody); his brother David "Sam" Wheeler; his sibling's children, Renee Spiegel and Chad Wheeler; and his parents-in-law, Pete and Norma Spiegel.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Wheeler (Melissa) of Marion and Leslie Barto (Matt) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Bryce, Allyson, Maddyson, Abbygail and Blayne; his siblings, Edward "Yogi" Wheeler (Judy) of Bucyrus, Dale Wheeler (Stephanie) of Upper Sandusky and Mike Wheeler (Nola) of Wharton; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Spiegel (Donna) of Dunkirk and Beverly Wheeler.
