He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Benson and Nancy A. Benson (Dodson); his stepfather Danny Karcher; and his brother Troy Benson. He is survived by: his son Chase Benson (Gabriella Bigham) of Galion; and his brother Daniel Karcher (Erica) of Marysville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
