He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lewis and Gladys Lewis; and his brother Glenn "Butch" Lewis. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle; his sister Sheila Snyder; his siblings-in-law, Kaye Lewis, David and Susan Brobst; and his caregivers, Kelly Benjamin, Heidi Bowman and Emily Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
